In this video I will show you how to use the project management timeline template for Google Sheets, and I will also show you how to get your own copy of the template. With this template you will be able to see the timeline for tasks highlighted in color... on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. You can also set the priority of each task, where each priority level is designated by its own color.

Very valuable. A few opportunities i've identified to improve the tool:
-As a project manager balancing multiple projects, I would like to create a "Workstream/Project' Column to the left of the Task title.
-As a project manager leading projects that involve multiple stakeholders, I would like to create a "Task Owner" column to the right of the Task title.
-As a project manager looking to use this asset to democratize knowledge about my projects, I would like to create a Notes column to describe progress/identify bottlenecks/track next steps further to the right of the Task title.

Manually inserting columns has predictably complicated the mapping from Daily to Weekly and Monthly views.

How to change this to non-American date format? I'm looking for Day-Month-Year. I highlight the cells are click formatting and set the date format. It presents correctly in the cell but in the function bar up the top. It has it in American format still.

This is perfect for me. But, I just spent an hour working on a Weekly. Can I switch it somehow to Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or do I have to start over???

I noticed that the days aren't in sync with the dates - 7/18/2022 is supposed to be on Monday, but it currently shows Sunday. How do I change it?

Hey thanks this is amazing. But the dates in 7 increments. So is the months and day names. I fixed the x/xx format but the month and day names are not reflecting that.
