EXPOSED! - How the Supreme Court called out the Lies of Kerala Story | Akash Banerjee

#TheKeralaStory has already minted 150cr+ and this intervention by the Supreme Court might be a little late in the day - but in a major embarrassment to the movie makers - the SC today ordered that a disclaimer be inserted in the movie - saying that this movie is a fictionalised version of events & that there's no data to back claims being made here. While this will not change the course of the movie on the Box Office - this kills the attempt of the movie makers to portray this as a serious work of cinema and research.

*** 6 months ago we put out a video - running u though the real & the claimed numbers. At that time director SUDIPTO SEN INSISTED that the number was right! ...but when the movie got enough traction - be backed out...perhaps the greatest marketing move!

*** If u have not watched #TheKeralaStory then u can. Just remember - u are watching a work of fiction with no data to back it & tons of hate politics to serve. It does show the brutal reality of ISIS & then marries it to Kerala using the logic of 3 = 32000.

Thank you so much for your effort to clarify this issue. I really appreciate you for disclosing truths even after getting so many backlashes. I'm not even Indian but I feel so bad looking at the efforts made by BJP and RSS to break communal harmony in India. I've also seen many "andhbhakts" entering my country Nepal too who are encouraging disharmony via facebook pages and groups which is even worse. The hatred between Hindus, Muslims and Christians has been increasing day by day. But, always keep up your good work.

I love my Indian Muslim brothers and sisters "The Kerala Story" may not be true, but these forced sexual conversions are rampant (not just in Kerala, but many places in India). This does not mean to say all Muslims are bad people. One should be careful in educating the younger generation to think rationally, whatever faith/religion they may be following. Afterall, no religion should promote "force" or "violence" by any means.
