To access Dataverse resources and data, users must first be created in Dataverse. There are 3 ways that an Office 365 Power Platform licensed user is added into Dataverse.

Greetings Mr. Liew, thanks so much for sharing this. Very clear and concise. Quick question for you - we have created a mail enabled security group in Azure AD and added users. We further have created an environment in Power Platform and added the security group while enabling the environment. It would be great if the users in this case are directly add to the environment as opposed to us adding this one at a time from the user menu. Is there a work around to this? it would be very kind to know as adding users one at a time is very time consuming in some cases. Much appreciate the support! Kind regards, Sanjiv
