The search for a missing Maryland woman has now turned into a homicide investigation. The Hartford County Sheriff’s Office firmly believes missing woman Rachel Morin’s body was found along a nature trail in Bel Air, Maryland. Investigators say the final identification will be made by a medical examiner.
