The Doppelganger Detection Department (D.D.D.) needs you!

There is a vacancy for the doorman position in your building and since you need the money and can't find a job you have no choice.

It's 1955 and for unknow reasons doppelganers are more common than normal, so the D.D.D. has taken action on the matter.

Your job will be to allow or deny the entry of the subjects who request entry to the building, it seems easy, but be careful, you can't overlook any detail because you could be food for doppelgangers.

I like how mr Dev talks to the characters with phrases like "hello there" and "next" as if he were sitting right there. This makes the gaming experience more lively.

Kinda off topic must say, they did Izaack dirty in the nightmare mod. He's one my favourite characters from the game but when I first saw Zoth i literally thought "he looks like an ice cream cone" 😭

You can refuse to play with clown. For that you need to say no to the clown and call D.D.D. and DON'T SKIP DIALOGUE with D.D.D. on the phone

As slow as it is from a video perspective, taking the time to find the problem with Doppelgangers copying someone you already let in is a good thing to do. It might be something you just catch immediately, but it could also end up being something that you wouldn't have caught without already knowing they're a Doppelganger.

My understanding of the Clown is to just always play the lowest rank non-face/Ace card that you can unless he has one card left, in which case play the highest rank that you can instead to try and make him draw. If you have a Draw 1, save it until he only has one card left or you can't play anything else. The only way I could see this shake up is if you can actually draw cards even when you already have one that you can play since that would make it possible to fish for high ranks to try and stop him or Draw 1s to delay him even if he has a Face/Ace card. I still think it'd be better if like, you got a Clown button after the first time you beat him and he doesn't show up again unless you click that button. As it stands, he seems to throw the replayability of Nightmare Mode down the stairs.
