I much prefer the Velar, but will likely buy Lexus due to reliability and maintenance.

My family n cousin have owned multiple Lexus models starting from 1999 till now. Every vehicle held Great for years n years. The max we had my cousin’s business vehicle 570 and he sold it after using 18 years n still in great shape. I own RX 350 2017 coz I grown up seeing Lexus luxury n reliability. I don’t know anybody who owned Range Rover for even 7-8 years forget 15. I wanna own Range over Velar n was seriously thinking to buy Evoqye for my gf at one point then I was never convinced about it’s reliability n ended up buying another Lexus lol

The biggest difference is if you revisit the same cars in 2030, Lexus will be 90% alive while the Velar will live in a junkyard.

I owned Evoque for 9 years now, endless issues and failures, how a PTU unit can fail in 9 years time! Bad quality gear material which couldn’t live for 9 years! I maintained it all the time with the dealer and paid the extra cost to be sure they maintained the right way, the PTU unit cost is $9k, turbo problem and surprise surprise manufacturer issue too! Another $5k. I’m buying Lexus now and never ever Land Rover again.

Incomparable, definitely Lexus IS the best and for sure the winner, these videos I guess can’t fool public anymore, who has a doubt that Range Rover is nothing but jock, if there is some people who like the shape of it and would love to throw their money in the rubbish bin please go for it😉

next time compare it to the RX 450? Also you wont be so happy with your Velar when you need to take it for a visit at the shop
