This is such a manual process to generate a report that should really be available as a presentable report that can be scheduled to run on a monthly basis in line with the billing cycle to be provided to our customers.

Would be great to see this be added to the report section so it can be scheduled.

How is this word Unlimited thrown around when the storage still costs 1.50USD per gigabyte? There are also no options on what to back up, when, and for how long to retain. The usage quickly gets out of control and the projection for backup storage costs ballooning to over $20k annually is preposterous.
