What Action to Take Against Fake FIR, section 211/500 IPC section 482 crpc section 500 ipc quashing of fir fir quashing high court

When someone files a false FIR against us, we can get it to be queshed by the High Court under section 482 of CrPC. But against the person who lodged such an FIR, you can also file complaint against by filing complaint under section 211 and section 500 of IPC and can also file civil claim for compensation.

Why not Courts penalised the officers for false allegations? They should be terminated from their duties as they are not capable of doing their duties

Respected sir in year 2010 Dec my employer have lodged complaint against me for temporary misappropriation of funds and forgery which have been converted into information only and all pending procedures have been closed and than after department enquiries they have dismissed blocking all terminal benefits including monthly pension. We have filed mercy petitions into high court of Gujarat and request hon. Courts to instruct employers to lower down the penulty court have instructed us to file special application to highest authority for review and ask authority to see on sympathetic approach but nothing accepted by authorities. After six years some other desk official have filed court case against us and purus in very serious situation. Now what can we do ?? Can we go to high court for quashing of court case.?? Please guide. We are passing through very serious situation since last eleven years mentaly and financially. Thanks.
