Its up to how easy you want to make it for other people to play, they will still be able to play it if they make it a server but if you make it a server first an change the spawn then its easier for others to pley

The server had data problems and the map had to get wiped. All data of the map and players (So player balance) was wiped. But the server is now up and running again, plus it has a new spawn and PVP arena (With Guns) and soon to come will be survival games

Im making a 1.8 map called The Escape of the Lab and it features alot of 1.8 commands but once my map is done how do i place it for public?

When I created the world in single player I set it to flatland and customize it to the "Redstone Ready" world.

if i make it in single player and its meant for 2 people do i make it a server or do they if i have to.

I've made a Minecraft PC world and I don't know how to convert it into a private map than can be played by other players but not "overpopulated" by players...

You can just get command blocks for spawn, that's what I did
