Tesla owner shares their experiences in crashes, near misses, hit & runs, road rage, and other Tesla Sentry Mode events in Episode 208 of Teslacam Stories, the ultimate Tesla show.

Looking for a dashcam? We recommend VIOFO:

Teslacam Stories is a series of Tesla owners' real experiences told by the Tesla Dashcam and Sentry Mode videos. All incidents are recorded from Tesla vehicles and submitted to this channel by other Tesla enthusiasts. I contact each person who sends me their videos to talk with them and learn more about their story and to follow up on what happened after what we see on their video. Voice-over and captions are added to describe what happened, and why. I believe that this additional information regarding the incident gives the videos a newsworthy value.

From the footage and additional information, a viewer can learn the consequences of bad driving and can educate his/her self with better driving safety. This process also gives the videos a great educational value. It is my desire to add my own unique and creative value in a transformative way to ensure you enjoy and learn from the videos being presented.

Voiceover recorded and edited by ▶ Ben & Melissa Anderson of @pnweventures

Clip 9 5:22 The white car isn't at fault. When the lane ended the pickup truck wasn't even beside the white car. Plus the white car already let a car in front of them. The pickup truck is the impatient one

The white sedan was not at fault. The car that was actually next to him merged into the lane then the truck driver sped up outta nowhere

7:10 - Mike actually contacted the CHP to see if they could find a random driver to deliver an apology? WHat does Mike think the CHP does all day?

3:31 The bike fell off at 80mph. So I know, I will back up!! on a one way road with traffic at 80mph! He is so lucky he didnt kill everyone in the car and an innocent motorist! A clip like that in the UK would have your licence removed for 12+ months and a retest before you could drive again. Insane.

This is Glenn from the first clip. Shout out to Erik, the driver that provided his dash cam footage! I did finally get my Model X back (just shy of 2 months). Driving an ICE rental during that time was painful; having to buy gas and missing all the things I love about driving electric.

2 months and $8000 to just replace the dented front bumper on that grey Model Y is absurd. The insane cost and time of repair of Teslas is very offputting.

The guy holding the DOUBLE-SIDED HOMEMADE SPEAR was on a war path and his victim was a defenseless car.
If you look closely you can see a smaller knife on one end of that spear that is used on the Tesla but a larger butcher's knife on the other end.

The combo was so cool, and the other dashcam POV was even more useful than the tesla POV.

Wow! Interesting... My first thought on that first vid was "why didn't the Tesla driver see that truck before accelerating", but then seeing the other vid showing the truck doing that NOT from the turn lane makes it more clear...

Personally with Marko i think, that white line is a log with a knife at the end of it.

5:07 Oh man, you got me with that one. I'm kinda getting used to Tesla repairs being expensive, but that was off the chart! I spat coffee on my keyboard in outrage. Hahahahah!

#9 5:17 it was the truck that didn't follow the zipper merge rules. The merge lane had ended before he tried to move over and was not even with the car. The truck should have fallen back and then merged.

If you want to say sorry or thank you it's customary to flash your hazards once or twice.

As an Australian, it is obvious that the Pontiac in video 1 is just honouring his Commodore ancestors!
