Lets say I am in a traffic light which is red, and I want to go "left", and even if the traffic light is red, I see there a green illuminated arrow on the other end of the cross road. I should take it as priority right? Those lights generally stay on for few seconds only.

when the digital green arrow turned yellow or off i need to stop and wait for it to turn green??? because its not always in green, right? pls answer🙏
