Portal... but it's very, VERY broken...

How to enable this effect:
1. Open Portal's properties on Steam.
2. Enter "-dxlevel 60 -vulkan" (without the quotes) into the "Launch Options" section.
3. Launch the game.
NOTE: There is no visible ui. You will need to use the console to open different maps. Although the console is not visible, you will still be able to type in it.

How to disable this effect:
Replace the "-dxlevel 60 -vulkan" text with "dxlevel 95". This will return your game to normal.
After you have launched the game with "dxlevel 95" in your launch options once, you are free to remove it.
