Not permanent, your spine normally lengthens and compresses a bit. You're lengthening it by inverting, when you go back to standing it will compress back to normal.

Inversion table saved my life I spent 25k on chiro and doctors and the only thing that fixed it was inversion table. I used it in morning and at night for a few minutes each day then I learned I could put my hands on the bottom bars and pull my upper body away from lower body and I did that for a few weeks breathing deep everytime to be relaxed. Then one day I pulled to stretch myself out and heard a loud deep pop that scared me and I felt tingles all in my brain and in my whole body for a second I thought I was paralyzed and then I got up and was pain free. It was like my sacrum Or coccyx or bottom vertebrae were stuck together with super glue and I finally pulled them apart. The next day it went back to how it was more pain but that night it popped again and eventually after a few more weeks it just stayed apart like I had trained my body to be aligned properly. Best moment of my life because I was in pain bad for years.
The only thing better is the ring dinger or y strap but personally I like inversion it’s cheap and at home and if you do 25 sit-ups a day hanging upside down you will have a six pack in a month it’s crazy but they are harder.

I think it’s more a posture thing this machine helps out your back which fixes your posture. Most likely the answer. Tbh my posture ain’t the best maybe I’ll try it.

measure you're height in the mornings and at night. Another guy did this experiment and realized it's just the space in between his spine compressing and decompressing and when you stand up vertically like normal it will just start compressing again.

I feel very postive hanging upside down, I feel my brain cognition getting better and I feel more relax . But I try to do it like yoga like taking deep breath from nose then hold it for 10 seconds or 20 then release and also do fast deep breathing and exhale from out of mouth

It’s very good for your back. Don’t use an inversion table alone though.

My dads got back problems and doing that and stretching really helped, and whenever my backs been hurting if u go on that, it loosens your back up and feels much better

You will always be taller at mornings because you lay and your spine lengthened and evening you will be shorter again but it only varies about 1 inch

didn't watch the video but I'm pretty sure it's just decompression of ur spine. it'll only be temporary. ur also taller when u wake up in the morning for the same reason.

You grow about an inch or 2 in your sleep, but it t just gets crushed by gravity and it doesn’t stay permanent

Sleep using this machine. When you reach max spine strech. Just put titanium plates into it and it will hold your natural full heigh.
