Yes indeed it's a good drill. Next comes, bringing in bat along with the front foot. But first hind leg must go a bit behind at near the middle wicket irrespective of any type of ball when the bowler is in his last stride of bowling action and later front foot must come forward or backward based on the ball pitched. The front foot must come in line with the ball only if the ball is overpitched. If short pitched the hind leg must go further behind. The hind leg taken a bit closer to middle wicket helps you to understand the line of the ball, whether its coming in towards the wicket or moving away towards the slip.

Some say LBW but it may happen bat edges if foot not forward. Batsman plays on probability where he feel better to transfer his body weight comfortably.Coach have used this excercise to open leg muscles and batsman approachs near to ball for play easily.Probability of swing ball in fast and in spin ball.but batsman put the bat infront of body while playing.कुछ लोग एलबीडब्लू कहते हैं लेकिन ऐसा हो सकता है कि पैर आगे न होने पर बल्ले का किनारा लग जाए। बल्लेबाज संभावना के आधार पर खेलता है, जहां उसे अपने शरीर का वजन आराम से स्थानांतरित करने में बेहतर लगता है। कोच ने पैर की मांसपेशियों को खोलने के लिए इस अभ्यास का उपयोग किया है।
