The WORST Cookies EVER

I do not like the pink frosted sugar cookies from the store. The texture is like sand. The frosting is always dry and far too sweet. The entire cookie tastes like a chemical. I do love the concept of this cookie though, so I decided to recreate them at home! They were so much fun to bake and decorate. I'm prepared for a war in the comments.

There was a lady behind the bakery/deli counter at my grocery shoppe who gave me a cookie when i was around 3-4 because my mom grabbed me and called me a dumb brat for acedentally spilling a little water. I began sobbing because I was terrified. The lady gave me a pink one to eat then, and a white one sealed in a deli bag to bring home. It was such a small gesture and so long ago, but it still made an impact on me.
