I can relate to this so much.
Here’s a scary story. One day my coach was spotting me on the strap bar, and we did about 5 giants and I was slipping out of the straps, and at the last giant I slipped out of the straps and my coach caught me mid air.
I saw Heaven for a split second 😨
He saved my life.
