The apostles died horrific deaths with the opportunity to denounce their faith and preaching of Jesus. None did. Nobody dies for a lie. They told the truth about Jesus life, death and resurrection. Christ is king.

I read the New Testament and listen to multiple programs regarding known Biblical accounts by scholars, researchers, theologians and I'm so enthralled by the in formation and complexities! I am a Christian and I believe in respect for all creeds. I also believe we must not believe blindly in any situation...we must discover the truth for personal knowledge and growth.❤

My paternal grandfather was raised a Jew but considered himself a Christian. I myself prayed the prayer of Solomon while my Mom’s paternal grandmother, a Swedish Salvationist of Goth extraction who immigrated to this country in the late 19th century, taught me to read, and my understanding of being a warrior is bathed in the ethos of the peaceful warrior in the Salvation Army. We have a different conception of what constitutes being a warrior than do the democracies and that conception is found in the second book of Samuel when the democracies of the Israelites ask Samuel for a king to lead them into battle; the Lord assures Samuel that the Israelites did not reject Samuel, but rejected the Lord from being King over them, detailing the consequences of the royal democracy.

I'm a Jew with many Christian friends. Recently, I've been studying early Christianity, particularly how Christianity emerged from Judaism. I've found it fascinating how most of the early Christians -- Jesus, Paul, the apostles (except for Luke) -- were all Jews. I've gained a greater appreciation for Christianity, but at the same time I've been disheartened by the sheer number of deeply anti-Jewish videos circulating on YouTube that distort our beliefs and history. When I clicked on this video, I thought I would be more of the same. However, I was pleasantly surprised how well you explained the historical and theological bases for why we believe what we believe. I'm not sure I could have explained it better. You did a great job! I commend you for contextualizing our beliefs and working to build bridges rather than divisions. Thank you.

Jesus answered, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. "

Truth is ... We all are part of God .... God is within anything and everything ... Only spiritual people would understand the deeply coded teaching of Jesus...

"Then the LORD said to Abram, “Leave your country, your kindred, and your father’s household, and go to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you; and all the families of the earth will be blessed through you.” Genesis 12:1-3.

"Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine—since he was priest of God Most High— and he blessed Abram and said: “Blessed be Abram by God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth, and blessed be God Most High, who has delivered your enemies into your hand.” Then Abram gave Melchizedek a tenth of everything." Genesis 14:18-20.

"This Melchizedek was king of Salem and priest of God Most High. He met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings and blessed him, and Abraham apportioned to him a tenth of everything. First, his name means “king of righteousness.” Then also, “king of Salem” means “king of peace." Hebrews 7:1-2.

"But Melchizedek, who did not trace his descent from Levi, collected a tenth from Abraham and blessed him who had the promises. And indisputably, the lesser is blessed by the greater." Hebrews 7:6-7.

"What I mean is this: The law that came 430 years later does not revoke the covenant previously established by God, so as to nullify the promise. For if the inheritance depends on the law, then it no longer depends on a promise; but God freely granted it to Abraham through a promise." Galatians 3:17-18.

"Now if perfection could have been attained through the Levitical priesthood (for on this basis the people received the law), why was there still need for another priest to appear--one in the order of Melchizedek and not in the order of Aaron?" Hebrews 7:11.

"So also Christ did not take upon Himself the glory of becoming a high priest, but He was called by the One who said to Him: “You are My Son; today I have become Your Father.” And in another passage God says: “You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.” Hebrews 5:5-6.

"Now, however, Jesus has received a much more excellent ministry, just as the covenant He mediates is better and is founded on better promises." Hebrews 8:6.

"For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's see and heirs according to the promise." Galatians 3:27-30.

"In speaking of a new covenant, He has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear." Hebrews 8:13.

Until you understand Jesus kingdom is a spiritual kingdom you will truly never understand wat he came here to do. Jesus is the messiah and the one true way. The only one that can change a man’s heart, and not merely adapt to religious sects, and laws.Deliver a man from the power of sin 🙏🏾😇

Great insight indeed!! I'm Muslim, and I believe that there's a way to combine all faith and religions to make this world a better place for all of us to live in without the outer contempt that each religion has for the OTHERS!! It's difficult for me to understand the concept of total surrender of others could be considered holy or the true way to salvation ! We each bring something unique and valuable to our shared coexistence, and until we refuse the teachings of the merchant class who benefit greatly by our hatred towards each other in order to divide and conquer us, we'll be the only ones to pay for our misplaced passions! By watching this video, I have learned so hysterical facts that were completely unbeknown to me regarding these two great religions. Understanding each other's differences is definitely the only way for us to move forward towards a peaceful coexistence regardless of what the zealous amongst us want us to believe

We as ppl have always punished God for what we do. Going back to exodus when God took the Israelites out of Egypt and slavery, they blamed God when they wanted different things to eat even though God was providing manna and keeping them alive. To 1Samuel when they demanded a King and got a whole line of dictators and yet we blame God. 🤦🏻 let Jesus free you from spiritual slavery. The blood of Christ saves.
