iPhone 5 Tips - Texting

The iPhone 5 has been out for a few months now and so I thought I would take the time to make a series of videos showing some Tips that can help you get the most out of your iPhone 5.

In this video I show you an overview of texting or messages as Apple calls it. I also pass along a couple tip towed the end of the video.

you can turn the phone on and then tap and slide the camera up, which brings you right to camera or you can open the camera app

When using the microphone to create messages, you can actually say the punctuation and it will appear. A very cool and handy feature.

With dictation, you can  say the punctuation you want to add it in the message. Example: Saying "How are you question mark" will output " How are you?"

When using the speaker option during texting, you can also complete your thought and say "period" or "coma" or "question mark" and those symbols will appear in the text.

i got this in december and gave it away last month...just wasn't for me...but good things about the phone is that it looks very nice (had it in black) it's very responsive and the battery life is fricken incredible

i turned off a feature on the iphone5c it was text msg. feature when you typed a word like green. a lot of choice would come up for that letter. it made it a lot easier to text. for example. when you would put in the word I'm you had a choice of words like going doing had just by putting in that one word.
