hi, new to layout. I am using layout for drawings. but the dimensioning tool is not accurate. Is there any setting that I missed?

sir, I use new hp all in one 24 e0xx pc windows 10 when I install SketchUp but its not working properly when i choose the starting tamplets and the sketchup is open all tool bar show on screen but the work place with the 3d cartoon and the axes not show and the toolbar also not working plz help me out i love work on sketchup plz give
