My wife and I didn't have In-N-Out Burger until we were middle aged and moved out West. We love it so much that we now live about 6 miles from our local store. The place is immaculate, the employees, including the high school kids, are exceptional, and In-N-Out offers great pay and real benefits. This is not really a "fast food" restaurant, yet you get the quick service and convenience of a fast food restaurant.

Most people don't know this but at the In-N-Out distribution center in Baldwin Park, CA, they have three big flags flying out front, a US flag, a California flag, and a Don't Tread On Me flag

I was an all star back in the day. Lived in Hesperia CA and helped open the Mill Valley CA and later Lake Havasu AZ. Fun evidence, you work your butt off but get to live with other all stars for a month or two.

This year I have been to In-N-Out establishments in Texas, Utah, and Arizona. Every one of them has had long lines for the drive-thru. The demand is just amazing. And I do like the burgers.

Its quality over quantity. They are on the right track. The food service administrative rated the In and Out the best in fast food industry. That says everything. Bravo for them!

IN-N-OUT is the only burger you can eat at 12 AM and not wake up with a stomach ache, acid reflex or other issues that you may get from a different fast food restaurant.
