Yes, but I don't think they need to worry about anything lol. Pokémon has been around for almost 30 years. People are going to copy their designs. If they're smart, they'll go along with it and somehow cash in. Shutting it all down is just going to upset a lot of players who won't be coming back to Pokémon games in the future.

Im so glad pokemon is finally getting dethroned for their continued use of selling us 2 versions of the same game for 20 years without ever switching it up or growing with the fanbase like zelda games did.
