Hey guys! Here's my take on the whole ELO Hell situation. This isn't the most educational or detailed video, but it's my commentary on the excuses that low ranked players make (blaming teammates, smurfs, toxicity, etc). Friendly Team = Motivation = Easier to win = If you lose you will still feel somewhat positive
Toxic Team = Does not feel motivated = Does not care of the results

I read a really nice theory about climbing and it goes like -
"The climbing system in percentage can be seen as 40-20-40"
This means that no matter what -
1)You'll always win 40% of your games
(Getting carried, nice comms, boosted enemies etc)
2) You'll always lose 40% of your games
(Smurf on enemy team, no comms, toxic teammates etc)
But the remaining 20% will always depend on you. How you play, what comms you give, what solo decisions you make etc.
So if you win those 20% games you'll climb and nothing can stop you.

i once had great teamates that even tho werent gud at aiming and mechanical skills, they communicated so well, we beat a enemy team 13.1. comms are so imporatnt

One more thing is, if you learn how the enemy player plays, you can avoid dying and actually counter him

I was whining about being hard stuck gold since launch cause of my shitty teammates. Decided to work on improving my own game sense/mechanics/comms for about 2 weeks and have now hit plat 2 by just solo queueing. Great vid bro
