First ever human head transplant: Is it possible?

The surgery was meant to happen in October of 2018 however, it never took place as Valery Spiridonov did not want to go through with the procedure anymore because his child was born…An interesting twist of events as many people did not expect a man with his condition to have a child of his own. Valery’s last public appearance was on the 9th of April 2019 on the Good Morning Britain show discussing the main reason why he did not want to go through with the surgery anymore.

Valerie didn't go ahead with this surgery however I think it was a good choice by him to avoid this for now.

Better off just merging the head onto a mechanize body and fusing the nervous system to a mechanical nervous system similar to what they've done to robotic limbs for amputees.

Their haven't been any positive results as far as when fusing the spine goes.
