Welcome to episode 8 of my FM24 Head Coach story. We return for our annual journeyman story, combined with a Director of Football challenge. We start unemployed with no reputation or coaching badges, working our way to the top of the game with no say in transfers, contracts or staffing. In episode 8, we're back for two big J3 league games, as we pre-season promotion favourites Ryukyu and Iwate. Can we close the gap to the unbeaten leaders?

Love watching this series, it's got me wanting to do a head coach save since I've not done one before but I also want to start or mainly stick in Japan 1 because its a new league and I've been waiting for it for ages and 2 I'd like to work my way up the j leagues
