0:15 to be sure that you got blocked and that the person on the other side is not offline: after you message from the number you suspect to be blocked, you may message them from some other number and you'll get your answer sooner

can you be blocked if your iMessages and WhatsApp show as delivered on your phone to the number you are sending them to, but when you call them (regular call) the number is constantly busy? Meaning, if someone blocks your number on his iPhone's contacts ("Block this caller") will he still be receiving iMessages and WhatsApp messages? *Whatsapp messages to them get a double (grey) tick and can still see their profile photo does that mean that I'm not blocked? Is there a way to block someone's calls (regular, FaceTime audio and WhatsApp calls) but your messages can STILL get through to them??

OK, so I CANNOT see a person's Last Seen Time info on WhatsApp (while other friends of mine CAN see this person's Last Seen time), but however, I CAN see his profile picture... (Both of us are on iPhones).
Also when I text this person on WhatsApp, my messages ARE delivered to him (and I can ALSO see blue tick marks when he's read my message), but my WhatsApp CALLS to him WON'T go through...

(It's really weird, because if I was blocked, then I shouldn't be able to either see his profile photo and nor would I be able to see my messages being delivered and read by him, right?)...

So have I been blocked, or can something else be happening that would do ALL of the above?
