We're in infancy of understanding this, but you wouldn't give a plant a hot shower...If you rigorously exercise every day you might shower every day...but otherwise, heated water is radiation and it feels good, but we're resetting our biome leaving power vacuum for germs...Body sheds cells and if you wipe off dead cells with damp cloth, and or change clothes, it does a lot...warm showers just feel great, but they're modern comfort divergent from biome...washing dishes and stuff that does not naturally shed cells is different hygiene. Cool showers maybe, but they're less soothing to nervous system....
