Trigonometry : Bearing (problem example)

A ship starts from point O at a bearing of 280 degree. Another ship starts from the same point at a bearing of 160 degree. The speed of the second ship is half of that of the first one. After an hour the distance between the two ships is 40 mile. Find the speed of each of the ships.
