Guitars... or rather, Mandolins and Banjos of the Day! Taking at the new Epiphone Mandobird, a mini-Firebird with a full-sized Firebird pickup. It's absolutely unhinged, and has huge "High Intergrity" energy. I LOVE it. It's part of their new "Inspired by Gibson" Bluegrass Collection, which also contains highlights such as a more affordable Earl Scruggs' Mastertone Banjo, and the F5-G, the first non-guitar "Inspired by Gibson Custom" model.

Atleast it won't be headstock heavy. I own a firebird goth and it's a pain in the ass to keep upright... but I love her and she's mine! Her name is evilynn!

This is a revamp of a model they have made before. I remember these from the late Nineties and early Aughts. That said it does look a bit silly and fun.

As a traditional ie; real bluegrass picker I do play an Epiphone MM50 mandolin. I see little or no place in bluegrass for that electric one.
