This is the Kirk Hammett Les Paul Greeny by Epiphone. It's a replica of the Gibson classic 1959 Les Paul. It looks amazing with that Gibson Style head stock.

I bought one hours after it came out and yes I’m a huge Metallica fan but even if I wasnt this is a killer guitar and worth the money. It plays and sounds exactly the same as the $3200 Gibson U.S.A. version

Personally, I think Epiphone would like to tell customers that they shouldn't be surprised at this price. Next year the price of other guitar models will increase. I guess so

Well the honk from that middle position is special..open book headstock..decent appointments…hey nothing is inexpensive in this economy now …You can’t bash it just seeing online..I think if they had a rosewood board wud of helped …Greeny buckers are 300 alone ..by Gibson..and it’s less than half for the standard …I’m sure it plays nice and gets you that “tone “…….hold out a year or so get one used for just under a grand ..mmm😊…is anything worth what the prices are now with food gas energy ..housing rents …I guess it’s just bad …now ..

So I have 2 modern Epiphone Les Pauls, I adore them both, but I’ve heard this guitar called “the Greedy” and that’s funny as fucking fuck. I’m sure it’s nice, but it’s steep in price.

I tried one in local GC. It was a step up in feel from the 59 limited edition i own, but after a proper setup the 59 epiphone is also nearly just as good as a gibson. Just needs a proper nut... and fret work... and 2 saddles trimmed down... but it does sound great for 750

The finish on these seems kinda dull. I saw the Gibson in person and it just doesn't look right.

I tried one yesterday and it is priced way way too high for a guitar with a light coloured indian fretboard and a flamed veneer glued onto the maple cap.. The Vintage V100 Lemon drop greeny blows this one away in sound, finishing and playability.. and of course the price. The earlier versions with the traditional neck heels and the correct curve around the pickup switch area of the body are the best.. and the pickups are voiced so well to emulate the sound and vibe of the original greeny set up.

I don’t like the fact that KH bought this guitar attached his name to it and Capitalized off the two iconic Guitarists Peter Green and Garry Moore, to make a profit. KH had absolutely no contribution to the iconic history of this guitar, he bought it and him and Gibson Capitalized on the History of the Guitar. As far as this Epiphone Guitar is concerned, the Craftsmanship is Fantastic and they also used Great electronics. It is well worth the price. I can’t say that for Gibson guitars, as I own 3.

I believe KH should include Peters family in the massive profit.
Since he waited until Peter passed away.
His sorry butt didnt make the guitar infamous.
Peter did

Not worth it. You'd be better buying a preowned early 2000's Gibson Les Paul at this price

Nope modern fretscale, not a 17° headstock angle and the fretboard it way to thick
