There's need to ruthlessly confront ourselves on the issue of Traffic Police corruption. This is the elephant in our room. NTSA should also make effort to explain themselves to the public. They need to use media to continually spell out their list of requirements. These hit & run 'operations' especially during school opening days are unhelpful. They are an unnecessary disruption..
