to clear up the confusion in the comments and every one saying that men should wear hijab too, They do!, but it just different men should covered from below the knees to their waist, while women should be covered from ankle to neck, and hair (some people may wear niqab which is a face covering). remeber hijab isnt just a scarf, it is from the arabic word that mean barrier, or cover. so regardless of gender both are suppose to cover up and dress modestly
