What are the signs you might have adult ADHD?

It's common to be diagnosed with ADHD even in adulthood. Some of the signs including struggling to concentrate at work, interrupting people in conversation in case you forget what you were going to say, and losing things regularly. I didn't like the comment he made about interrupting people because what we have to say is more important. For me, that's not ever something I think. What I say just comes out before I think that far. I try hard to wait for the right pause in conversation and seem to just get that wrong often. It's one of the things about me that frustrates me most.

My whole life I've been a sponge for knowledge. I was able to read what I was interested in. But always skimmed through it & normally wouldn't finish. However in video form I have come to understand myself as I've never before. Thank you for your time sir.

Here because my marriage has hit many bumps due to my spouse having adult ADHD. There were times in the past where I wanted to just quit, but I held on because it is much better to understand and educate myself of these battles he goes through.
The last thing I would not want him to feel is worthless.

Working in construction is killing me and making me very stressed. The guys understand I don't work the same as everyone else but they still don't understand. I really struggle with instructions especially involving numbers and fractions. I'm completely against medication but I'm looking for some help.

Holy crap! I think I may have ADHD. My wife keeps yelling at me saying I never listen to her. Is that a sign? I always tell her I'm not doing it on purpose. But she keeps insisting that I'm ignoring her, after all these years I finally understand. I better go tell her.
