Dealing with this as well. He's a new tenant. Just moved in a month ago. He walks all day long 10 to 14 hours a day 🤦. I miss my previous neighbor. She was quiet and calm. Light footed. Very respectful. I miss her so so much 🥺

Stomping is rude in the beginning but after they're imformed that it bothers you it quickly becomes harassment.

Microphones cannot pick up the bass and vibrations. From what is heard, anyone with experience dealing with such neighbors can imagine how brutal the thuds really sound in person. The recordings do no justice to whomever has no experience in dealing with this level of inconsiderateness.

This is so extreme! I've always been an upstairs neighbor because of the same time though I'm super light footed, I never stomp, and I feel really bad on weekends when I occasionally have a friend or two over and they just have to walk like a newborn giraffe 🦒 😒. I always scoot around in the middle of the night because I'm afraid of making someone upset with me.

Absolute nightmare!! Totally feel for anyone in this situation... people used to roll their eyes when I told them of upstairs neighbours... its a proper problem, flats are not built for purpose, this shouldn't be happening in 2024.

The devil is busy and so are his children. That's ridiculous and this is NOT "apartment living or noise." Do t let anyone gaslight you. This is inconsiderate, wicked and traumatizing. I pray you find another place for p3ace before it messes with your physical health

I also deal with this, too. My upstairs neighbors are also loud as Hell, especially at nighttime when I am trying to sleep, they just keep on stomping and pounding on the floor quite a lot, keeping me up late at night.

Damn I feel your pain, hope you can get some relief. I have these new neighbors who stomp really loud and shake my ceiling from early morning to late night. Tapped on the ceiling a few times at night and they could care less. I work from home and it's driving me nuts with all this pounding noise. I hate having to do this but just going to have to talk to them I guess.

Going through this right now. He not only walks like he's 450 pounds but his 4 years old daughter runs across the apartment at 6am. He also loves vaccuming (about 5 times a week *no pets btw)
