Another thing that I enjoyed is that you shared with the audience your affinities towards mushrooms. I love mushrooms, more for me. I tried fajitas the other day with carrots and broccoli. Yes “Eastern Europe” has a “smell” . Lots of garlic and onion! With a smattering of liver ! My own family loves a Czech dish called “jaternice” ! Lots of left over parts after “spring butchering” with a ton of garlic and onion in a sausage casing ! Baked ! Ahhh ! Smells like Easter in Catholic Homes !
