What if the sim card doesn't transfer to the new gateway? My account says the old gateway is offline and cannot be removed. The new gateway cannot be added and won't connect, even with sim card inserted correctly. Phone tech support walked me through ALL the troubleshooting to finally say, just wait it out because they don't know what else to do.
