This chocolate loaf cake is ultra moist, super simple, easy chocolate cake of your dreams. Enjoy a slice and topped it with your favourite low carb fruit or ice cream! 😋

Pan size: 8 x 4 inch (20 x 10 cm) loaf pan
INGREDIENTS
¾ cup (210g) plain greek yogurt or sour cream
3 large eggs at room temperature
⅓ cup + 1 tablespoon (83g) melted unsalted butter or coconut oil
1 teaspoon (5mL) vanilla extract
1 ¾ cups (175g) blanched almond flour
½ cup (105g) granulated Lakanto monk fruit or any granulated sweetener of choice
*you can adjust the sweeteness acdg to your taste.
⅓ cup (35g) unsweetened cocoa powder ( I used dutch processed cocoa powder)
2 teaspoons (8g) baking powder
½ teaspoon (2g) salt
chopped walnuts or any nuts of choice (optional)

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40-50 mins until toothpick is clean when inserted.

Yields 12 slices (macros per slice)

FAT: 9.8g
PROTEIN: 6.7g
CALORIES: 136

** NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the gram measurements (with a digital scale), rather than the cup measurements.

½ cucharadita (2 g) de sal
nueces picadas (opcional)

I’m using 150 gr almond flour + 50 gr coconut flour, top with almond nuts, and replace granulated lakanto with 1/2 tsp of stevia drops. It turned out so moist and delicious. Thank you so much❤️

Made it today, turned out delicious! Very moist, perfect amount of sweetness and just the right amount of chocolate. It only took 30 minutes in my oven. To me, it tastes like a regular wheat flour loaf, maybe I'm just so used to almond flour now, but this one checks all the boxes. Easy and delicious!

Made this cake again today. It's always my go to for chocolate cake. Topped it with walnuts and pistachios. Added some protein powder to the yoghurt. I love your recipe!
