Let’s try it! The hardest part about a diet might be giving up your favorite pasta! Let’s find alternatives to help keep us on track! 💪🏽 I paired this with a classic meat sauce.
Ingredients 📝
1 Package of Carba-nada (get it lol 😅)
1 Jar of Pasta Sauce (any)
1 Lb. Ground Beef or Turkey
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 Tsp of Garlic mashed or minced
1/3 Cup of Onion diced
1/3 Cup of Green Bell Pepper diced
Adobo season to taste (1 tsp) ish
Garlic powder season to taste (1 tsp) ish
Directions👩🏽🍳
✨ 1. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Once it’s hot add onion, garlic, and green pepper. Sauté on low to medium heat until soft. (Don’t burn the garlic 😅)
✨2. Season the ground beef. I used adobo and garlic powder.
✨3. Add the ground beef to the pan with the onion, pepper, and garlic and cook until it’s brown. Make sure you break up the meat. I cover mine with a lid to cook faster.
✨4. Once it’s cooked drain any access liquid from the ground beef.
✨5. Return the pan to the stove and add the whole jar of pasta sauce. Stir and let that simmer on low to medium heat with a lid on for 20-30 min.
✨6. As the meat sauce is simmering cook your pasta. This pasta only takes 3 min to make!
✨7. Once you let the meat sauce simmer enough. Combine the pasta and sauce together!
✨8. Serve and Enjoy!
I found this low carb pasta on Amazon but also saw it at Albertsons. This has been my favorite so far out of the low carb pastas I’ve tried. 👏🏽
