Best PC case on the market?

The Phanteks Enthoo Evolve ATX TG is... quite frankly, absolutely beautiful. But is it perfect?

Got mine yesterday, i was so happy until a few minutes later when i found out that the glass was broken in the top corner.

For everyone commenting about the right glass panel exposing the messy cables, I totally agree with everyone, but I've found the perfect solution - Spray paint the INSIDE of the right glass panel with some plasti dip and you're good.

In case you're wondering what plasti dip is, it's a rubberized, matte spray paint (black is the most common color), which is removable/peel-able. And not only is it removable, but it is extremely easy and forgiving to work with.

I can't believe Phanteks became so good at making cases quite early after their relatively recent start. How long have they been in case manufacture, just 3/4 years now? Really impressive.

Great review, Luke! It's hard to be critical of things, but you definitely pointed out some great things in the case that could be improved. Perhaps they'll consider doing those things in a future case.

I've added this item to my list of parts to keep track of for a future build, I'd love to put something together using this case. The side panel showing the cable management would be a great opportunity to really bring it all together and push oneself to build it as beautiful as possible.

i get the trend of loosing the disc drive slot but i think its to radicle and too early to do that. yes, downloading games is a thing, but that doenst make my cds and dvds and games disappear. due to the fact, that i have like 90 blueray movies that i watch on my pc and plenty of games, this case is a dealbreaker just because it has no drive slot because it means, i cant use any disc on that machine. why not build its, so that it is on option. just remove the cage and enjoy 3 fan bays?

I bought this case swapping from a fractal design define s. I hated it. the lack of fan placement above the top rack was pointless. Also, they could have continued the fan mount in the front all the way to the top. I returned it, and stuck with the define s. imo, that case is the simplest, best case available on the market. Another thing I disliked about the Evolv, was it's HDD mounts. Compared to the simplicity of the Define S, it really limits your capabilities with what you can place in the front of the case.

It's a great looking case. It really is. Which is why I got it in the first place. But it's just not practical. If you want the best case: Go with Fractal Design.
