I've seen a lot of cases, and yet somehow, I still get blown away by some designs that do so much, with such a minimal design. This open case is absolutely gorgeous! Extremely well thought out. This is one of those situations where less is more.

In my 6 years of watching Tech tubers. That is one of the best cases I've seen in my life, and it might be the cleanest one out there.

I kinda love these open case layouts. Your cable management is clean AF, as is the footage as always.

Having had a Core P3 for 3 years now, and living in a desert with two pet cats, I can confirm that dust/hair really is not as big a problem as you might think it is. This is because you have no case fans drawing dust-laden air across your components, but instead you only have the same component fans (CPU/GPU cooler) that you would have regardless of case style. Effectively, the only dust gets deposited by air directly above the case due to gravity, which means it accumulates dust at the same rate as a coffee table.

Very cool and minimalist. The enjoyable assembly experience is a plus. Seems quite expensive for what it is though.

This is awesome. As someone who loves big tower cases for airflow i find this case super sleek and beautiful. keep this coming!

I love my open air set up. I do use a blower style electronics cleaner on it once a week. Takes me no more than 60 seconds and its part of my regular cleaning schedule. It actually stays cleaner than my other closed system because I rarely open it.

In my experience, i've been using an open case for the last 8 years and the dust accumulation is way way better than having a full size case with lots of fans but no dust filters. I mean, i've seen PCs with 1070's with thick walls of dust over the backplate and literal balls of dust into the CPU fans... something that never happened to me.

Are you kidding? Your tastes will change with time, it looks Sick, futuristic, industrial, terminator, HR Geiger style, especially especially in muted matte dark colours for the hardware like you have chosen. Excellent looks, but maybe a little too expensive for my tastes. Still believe open case designs that are clean like that, will eventually grow on you.

Remember kids, there is no dust in Autocad.

Just a thought :
I've been putting my wife's ripped stockings on filterless case fans for years
The principle should be scalable with XXXL stockings on a full open system.
Buy a large black stocking (the thin and stretchable kind), stretch it, and put it around the whole thing.
If the stocking gets in the way of the CPU fan blades, add a simple fan grid.
Need some way to manage the cables coming out, but should be manageable.
You end up with an "open" system with no dust inside

Lol you're really not a big fan of dust. I can agree with you, Dust 2 is better 😜

Re Open Cases: I build a Thermaltake P5 system a few yrs ago. It still brings lots of compliments because it is basically a showcase build vs a case that is built for noise abatement and placed under a desk. This is why our hobby is so enjoyable. Your build options are pretty much infinite and there are always new components to consider for your next build

To be honest, most ppl want an open case just to show off their hardware...

I really like the open case design, I prefer to call it a "Naked PC" like "Naked Motorcycles" with no fairings

The music choice at the beginning was awesome

I exclusively use open cases for all my builds, especially for gaming and heavy rendering, because the cooling is so much better. In my opinion they are much better against dust buildup, since it's way easier to clean them. Closed cases get clogged with dust since it's hidden in the closed case and people therefor never bother to do anything about it. Open cases are also way smaller and easier to transport, while having much greater cooling and and ease of access.

Just finished my Xproto L build. Love it!
Amazing thermo. My Asus Strix 2070 never went above 50 C. And CPU is under 60 even with a crappy air cooler.
Put it on my TV console so hopefully the dust issue is not too bad.
