One of my favourite Andy moments/dialogues which made me laugh for 10 mins straight and probably underappreciated:-
In the mafia episode when Dwight says "what if Michael felt no fear toward the mafia guy?"

Andy: That we surgically remove the fear center from Michael’s brain?
