Congrats Ricky on all of your success! I just became a BCBA a couple of weeks ago and I kinda feel lost lol. Have you ever went through imposter syndrome? If so, how did you cope? What was that transition process like from RBT to BCBA?

congratulations!! I am pursuing my master's degree in Applied behavior analysis. I am about to start accruing my hours. I came across ABA after graduating with my B.A in psychology looking to supplement my income. I worked as a behavioral therapist about 2 years before I became a RBT.

Hi Ricky, I'm an RBT with 7 yrs of experience working in Canada. Thankyou for sharing your journey.If you did your Masters in Exceptional student Education, did you have to do the Graduate certificate on top of your degree too or the degree itself was sufficient? Also did you start accuring your hours right after starting the program?

I am also looking into applying at UWF but not sure as their program isnt accredited.Do you think their Masters program prepares well if someone doesnt have an undergrad in psychology? Your insight would be so appreciated!
