I really appreciate this video Jonah. I had my son baptized & I was also as an infant, I believe it absolutely brings a child into our great faith in Christ Jesus, as were told to have child like faith, & as you mentioned, Jesus said suffer not the little children from coming to Me. In Old Test children were circumcised into the faith so also baptism. I've been back & forth w/ this issue & have considered being baptized as an adult after being regenerated, which I think is fine but I believe my heart is settling w/ this issue & especially w/ affirming vids like this. I've been on a journey of sorts, but w/ so many aspects of the faith, Im being pulled towards Lutheran which a couple yrs ago wasn't an option. Im not agreeing w/ the Baptist church I attend, mostly because eschatology but even baptism & I believe we should take Holy Communion every week, not occasionally. I also used to believe in believers baptism until I started doing my own research and spoke with the man who is the pastor of the church I now attend. Learning about how it replaces circumcision was so eye opening for me!

Brother, respectfully, are you suggesting by not baptizing infants we are withholding God's Grace and in the event of an infant death before baptism the infant is then damned? Or would you agree that God's Grace is greater than that? So why would infant baptism be necessary?
