Well done!
For everyone being hard on him, you can't cover everything in 5 minutes of meeting a patient. It's about laying the foundation, building rapport with the patient, making them see the bigger picture before you delve into the nitty-gritty details. That's why you schedule following appointments. Yes, there's a bit more information that could have been covered but overall he did a great job.

You did a great Job in utilizing motivational Interviewing techniques!  You addressed her strengths and she was able to reflect that she was successful in the past. Your tone was very calm and supportive!  Wonderful!!

- For how many years are you smoking, and at which age you started smoking ?
- And in those 20 years did you ever tried to quit ?
- Yes i tried once but it just did not work
- Okay well that is fine, i mean you definetly deserve some applause for your willingness to quit [Then he se says that smoking is very difficult to quit which is definetly a bad suggestion to give to the patient]
- But tell me what where you reasons why you wanted to quit in those last times
- I Only quit because i was pregnant and people kept nagging me to quit [ basically they forced me it was not even my choice, i would have smoked all the way through]
- Let's move on into your reasons that you would have if you were willing to quit [ daba ndozo l wahed soual mohim bzaf, tkkhyel m3aya anak baghi tkte3, chno hia l asbab li atkon daf3ak bash anak tkte3]
- bad for my health, but say it as though she does not fully agree or not sure or dont care about it
- well tell me what was the longest time you tried to quit
- you know since you quit for that long time, you now have experience and can use that sort of energy to quit again
- From a scale from 1 to 10 how is it important for you to CONSIDER quitting smoking SOONER RATHER THAN LATER { this is not bad }

If anyone in this day and age does not understand just how bad inhaling tobacco is, then they have either been living under a rock, as they say, or they can't read !

Great video...
next time have your video photographer put the camera on a Tripod
so the camera will stand still.

She said she had one attempt at quitting but you keep mentioning multiple attempts. That makes it appear that you arent listening

In every video the importance of quitting is not upto the mark. Is quitting so easy? The problem starts with quitting a single cigarette.

Not a good example.  He did not even ask her if she wants to stop smoking or wants to do the questionnaire.   why is she smoking?  does she have depression?  Seems like there is bigger issues going on with this lady.
