The Dr's I have turned to in South Africa and Ireland have been unable to give me answers to my brain fog, lack of concentration, foggy brain, struggle to find words, feeling weak, always tired, etc. They think I'm just because of my depression and anxiety but I know dep & anxiety is a symptom of something else that's wrong with me.

It still amazes me how many pts come in to the office with dx of hypothyroidism and we tell them they have hashimotos. Their pcp never tests for this.

That is really interesting. Could there also be a link with neurodegenerative diseases, like Alzheimer?

Doctor, who's a great Thyroid specialist you can recommend in Los Angeles? I know I have Hashimottos, but I want a real specialist, even a holistic doctor would work for me as well. Thank you for all your help, do you visit L.A. or have any seminars up here? Tnx again.
