I transferred all of my program files to external usb and then i clicked update & security -> Recovery -> reset my pc -> there are two options: either you keep personal files or remove all of your files. This worked for me, I'm currently updating my pc. 😊🤧

1.I have tried everything on YouTube,
2.I went to do some research on this and did everything they said too and nothing
3.tried resetting my whole pc but a 39% it would stop and say undoing changes
4.i deleted everything including my driver's and antivirus, still nothing
5.plz make a video on how to fix this plz !!
