What affects does this have on you and Is it better to listen and chant or to just listen? Will you get the same effects either way? Should my intentions be toward worshipping a God or goddess just because out of the goodness of my heart or would it be OK to set my intention toward just what I want to gain and receive the same result? I'f there are results that benefit you then how long would it take to achieve them? A week? Two weeks? Should I expect to notice a result of some kind immediately as soon as I listen?
