Ingredients - given in the description below
Preparation of Kunafa Dough
Maida - 1 cup
Corn flour - ½ cup
Oil - 2 tbsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Water - 1 cup
Strain the mixture
Keep it in the Refrigerator for at least 1 hour
Keep the noodle in a zip pocket in freezer for up 4 weeks for later use
Preparation of Kunafa
Sugar - ½ cup
Water - ½ cup
Keep aside the sugar syrup
take no stick pan
grease the pan with buttur
cut the noodles into small pieces
Butter (melted) - ½ cup
Cream - ½ cup
Cheese - as required
