Thank you very much. This is Korea. In Korea, there are no people with specialized knowledge, so this was really helpful.

As an athlete that uses EMS machine, rollers, and attends Pilates, gym & bodybalance exercise classes - this is a good video to watch - excellently put together.

Just a quick question.
As a track and field athlete with post ‘speed bridge’ surgical procedure back in 2018 - Do u have a video or effective ways to cupping the achilles, heel bone, ankles and the feet!? And is dry or wet method a better option?

Thank you

Thanks for the detailed explanation, i want to apply cupping for treatment of a scar tissue to help release the adhesion. Im also wondering if cupping is also benefitial to wrist tendinitis, based on increased bloodflow, it may help to increase the recovery in the tendons??

This was one of the best videos on cupping for me. I got 3 surgeries in 3 years, the last 2 one on both knees. So I figured out, that some muscles are now glued to my skin, this is how I would describe it. Beside rolling on a lacrosse ball (most of the time on 2 of them), I want to increase my movement by using these kind of cups. Thanks for all the "between the lines" information like how you use which cup for which issue or technique. Can you maybe also show how to use it by oneself oon difficult body parts as back? Can I put then upwards down on the floor and just lay on them???

I don't know about US but traditional Wet cupping is using cups and cutting the skin to leach the skin.

Dry cupping you you use lotion or a massage agent .

Seems like a drawback to the rock pods is that one can not see the degree of color change to is one way of determining the length of time that a cup stays Perhaps that is a more traditional approach, that says one should know what one is doing, instead of just saying "well, this is a way to do it, probably won't harm you if you don't do it too long...."

I like the video, but i disagree with your explanation of dry cupping and wet cupping.I had wet cupping before (done on me)and wet cupping is, when the practitioner uses a small scalpel and makes very small cuts into your skin, then places the cup on it and creates the vacuum.the blood will then come out and collects in the cup. i remember being amazed about the colour of the blood, some was almost black. After wet cupping you should not have a shower for 24 hours.

You are wrong. That is not what dry and wet cupping is. Dry cupping means that you do not blood let. And when you wet cup you lance the skin slightly and let blood out. That's the difference between dry and wet cupping it has nothing to do with lotion
