Hello folks. I'm Sifu Frank of the Hung Sing Kwoon here in the United States. The Hung Sing Kwoon is America's 1st and oldest existing kung fu school. While we are closer to 100 years old in the States, our "OFFICIAL" establishment happened in 1939 by Professor Lau Bun. Our school reaches back to Fut San, China in 1851, what is no called the Mecca of Gung Fu in Southern China.

If you ever plan to do a "History of Aikido" video I can point you at an excelent resource called Aikido Journal. Before his passing Stanley Prannin collected many interviews and demonstration videos with the oldest generation of the founder's students and they have continued his legacy by interviewing and recording these old masters.
