More autoworkers expected to join UAW strike Friday

It was a little more than a week ago when Stellantis told the UAW that it was going to close 19 plants in the U.S., and then the UAW had said that they were making substantial progress with Ford during the negotiations. So now the UAW said that Stellantis had made meaningful progress, and Ford did not?

What Fain is doing to our economy right now is truly disgraceful and disturbing. New cars are already significantly expensive. This will only make it worse. Not only that, 32 hour workweeks for 40% more paid is NOT negotiating in good faith. These people are holding our economy hostage.

I used to buy a brand new truck every year. The truck i have now is a 2020 model, it's paid for and I'll never buy another new one. I hope there are millions more like me. I could care less about this strike.
